SECTION 02
ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the immediate digital delivery of course content, software licenses, and community access, all sales are final. Once your license key is delivered and course access is granted, we are unable to offer automatic refunds. This policy applies to:
  • Monthly and Annual Subscriptions ($497/mo · $6,000/yr)
  • One-Time Purchase ($4,000)
  • Lifetime License ($9,000)
  • Individual course purchases (Beginners, Intermediate, ProTrader)
  • Personal 1-on-1 Coaching sessions

The MOJO CODE™ Bundle ($1,997) includes a personal 90-day satisfaction guarantee backed by ProTrader Mike directly. If you engage with the system — attend the Live Masterclass, complete the setup, apply the BOPE™ Framework — and do not feel you received full value, contact ProTrader Mike directly within 90 days of purchase. We will have a personal conversation and make it right.

CASE BY CASE — CONTACT MIKE DIRECTLY
Outside of the 90-day Bundle guarantee, refund requests are reviewed personally by ProTrader Mike on a case-by-case basis. We do not believe in leaving anyone behind.

  • We will review your situation and respond within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
Monthly and annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting support@mojocodeai.com.
  • Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period
  • Your license key will be deactivated at the end of the billing period
  • You may reactivate at any time by starting a new subscription

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We respond quickly and personally to every concern. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in immediate license deactivation. We would always rather talk it out.
