2. Proprietary Knowledge & Intellectual Property

Our courses, training programs, and coaching contain exclusive strategies and insights developed over 30 years of trading expertise and 13+ years of operating Mojo Day Trading. These materials cannot be "returned," nor can the knowledge be unlearned or revoked once accessed.

3. Instant Access to High-Value Content

• Upon enrollment, you receive immediate access to training videos, trading strategies, and proprietary techniques worth over $3,500.
• Accessing any portion of the course, training, or coaching confirms your acceptance of this No Refund Policy.
• If you are unsure about your purchase, please carefully consider before enrolling, as there are absolutely NO REFUNDS.

4. Coaching & Personalized Services Are Non-Refundable

• Any 1-on-1 coaching, live sessions, mentorship, or personalized assistance is final and non-refundable once scheduled or completed.
• My time and expertise are intellectual services that cannot be reversed, undone, or refunded.

5. No Refunds for Inactivity or Trading Outcomes

• We are an education and coaching service, not a brokerage or financial institution. Your personal trading results are your responsibility.
• Failing to utilize your course or coaching, losing interest, or experiencing trading losses does not qualify for a refund.
